(8)20. Neon

1. It is unlawful to operate a motor vehicle upon a highway/roadway, which has been modified to display underglow/neon.

2. A motor vehicle can only display underglow/neon on private property. Red and Blue lights are prohibited.

Violations of Penal Code (8)20 is an infraction punishable by a $200 fine.
