(12)01. Racketeering

The affiliation or association of an individual with a criminal organization, as prescribed by local or national law enforcement entities, with the evidence of the individual's attempt to commit extortion, bribery, murder, or other criminal activities while affiliated with said criminal organization is guilty under this penal code. A arrest warrant issued per (13)14. must be issued to arrest a person for this offense.

Violations of Penal Code (12)01 are a felony that is punishable by 480 seconds imprisonment and a fine of $1,000,000.
