[1] 11 - Assault on an Officer / Federal Agent

Any person that produces/attempts harm that is physical or injures an Officer/Federal Agent with intent to do so will be charged with this law.

Violations of Penal Code (1)11 is a misdemeanor punishable by 250 seconds imprisonment and a fine of $10,000.
