(8)04. Driving With A Suspended Or Revoked License

No person shall drive a motor vehicle at any time when that person’s driving privilege is suspended or revoked.

Violations of Penal Code (8)04 is a misdemeanor punishable by 60 seconds imprisonment and a $1,000 fine
