(13)02. Prohibition on Hunting

  1. No person may hunt, capture, bait, lure, or attempt to hunt, capture, bait, or lure any of the following animals:

    1. Cat

    2. Chickenhawk

    3. Cormorant

    4. Cow

    5. Dolphin

    6. Hen

    7. Monkey

    8. Seagull

    9. Stingray

    10. Whale

Violations of Penal Code (13)02 are an misdemeanor punishable by a $2,000 fine.
