(8)21. Hydraulics

It is unlawful to operate any passenger vehicle, or commercial vehicle under 6,000 pounds upon a highway/roadway, which has been modified from the original design so that any portion of the vehicle, other than the wheels.

Violations of Penal Code (8)21 is an infraction punishable by a fine of $200.
